1. Returns Eligibility
- Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened processors, RAM, and storage devices (due to data/security reasons).
- Software, drivers, or downloadable products.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or power surges.
- Clearance or special discount items marked as non-returnable.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case the item is found to be ineligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Replacements
- If you receive a faulty or incompatible product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- Replacement requests must be made within the same 7-day return window.
5. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
6. Important Notes
- Ensure compatibility before placing an order (motherboard, processor, RAM, etc.).
- Physical damage or missing components will void the return/refund claim.
- Warranty claims after the return window must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty service.
